Most Important Terms of Agreement
- Price includes free support for generic defect fixes for a period of 1 year.
- A non-exclusive license of ProCONF platform and source code is offered to the customer for integration with their own products. Customer can modify the source code for their own business requirements. Customer cannot redistribute or resell the license or any part of the source code to any party in any manner.
- Entire Intellectual Property (IP) rights of ProCONF will always remain with SpringCT.
- SpringCT can optionally support ProCONF integration with application, branding changes, customizations, and deployment at additional cost.
